ಋತುಚಕ್ರವು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಜೀವನದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಘಟ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಮುಟ್ಟಾದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಅಶುದ್ಧ, ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ, ಶುಭ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಹಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಮೂರು ದಿವಸ ಮನೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಚಾಪೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಬೇಕು ಇಂತಹ ಹಲವು ಕಟ್ಟುಪಾಡುಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಕಾಲ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ ಋತುಚಕ್ರ ಅನ್ನುವುದು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ. ಮಹಿಳೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಮುಟ್ಟಾಗುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಂತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಚಕ್ರವು 28 ದಿನಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ 3 ರಿಂದ 5 ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಜೀವನ ಶೈಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮುಟ್ಟು ಆಗುತ್ತಾರೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂಬ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಏರುಪೇರು, ವಿಪರೀತ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವ ಅಥವಾ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಹ ಇನ್ಯಾವುದೋ ರೋಗಗಳ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಹದ ಹಾರ್ಮೋನ್ ಗಳ ವೈಪರಿತ್ಯದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹಲವಾರು ರೀತಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬರುವುದು. ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರ್ಮೋನ್ ಗಳು ಏರುಪೇರಾಗುವ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಋತುಚಕ್ರವು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವುದು. ತಿಂಗಳ ಆ ದಿನಗಳು ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಂತೆಂದಾದರೆ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಅದೇಕೋ ಬೇಜಾರು.. ಟೆನ್ಶನ್.. ಗೊಂದಲದ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುವುದು. ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಆ 3 ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹರಸಾಹಸ ಪಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಿಬ್ಬೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ನೋವು, ಸುಸ್ತು, ತಲೆ ತಿರುಗುವುದು, ಕಾಲಿನ ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳ ಸೆಳೆತ, ಕೂರಲು ನಿಲ್ಲಲೂ ಆಗದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ಯಾಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನ ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಪಡುವ ಕಷ್ಟದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನರಕ ಯಾತನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭ.

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಋತುಚಕ್ರವು ಆಗದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಆಗ ಗರ್ಭಧಾರಣೆಯು ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಊಹಿಸಬಹುದು. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರು ಪ್ರೌಢಾವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಬರುವ ವೇಳೆ ಋತುಚಕ್ರವು ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು 45ರ ಹರೆಯದ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಋತುಚಕ್ರವು ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು.
ಅನಿಯಮಿತ ಮುಟ್ಟನ್ನು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಆಲಿಗೋಮೆನೊರಿಯಾ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಕಾಡುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ತೂಕ ನಷ್ಟ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ರಕ್ತಹೀನತೆ, ಋತುಬಂಧ, ಥೈರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳು, ಹಾರ್ಮೋನುಗಳ ಅಸಮತೋಲನ, ಪಿತ್ತಜನಕಾಂಗದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆ, ಕ್ಷಯ, ಗರ್ಭಪಾತ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಂತಹ ಅನೇಕ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿನ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವವು ಎರಡರಿಂದ ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಇರುವುದು. ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬರುವ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಒವೆರಿಯನ್ ಸಿಂಡ್ರೋಮ್ ಕೂಡ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿರಬಹುದು.ಇಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಒತ್ತಡದ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೇ ನಡೆಸುವವರು. ಆದರೆ ಇದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದು. ದೇಹ ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವು ಇರುವುದು. ಅತಿಯಾದ ಒತ್ತಡವಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆಗ ಇದು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಒತ್ತಡ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು.

ಹೀಗೇ ಹಲವು ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಲವು ಬಗೆಯ ನೋವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ನೋವು ಕೂಡ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆದಷ್ಟು ನಮ್ಮ ಅರೋಗ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆ ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಮನೆಮದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿವೆ.

ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ

ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮವು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಆದರೆ ಅತಿಯಾದ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಅತಿಯಾದ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ವೇಳೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಿಯಮಿತ ಋತುಚಕ್ರವು ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದು.
ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಲಘು ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಅತಿಯಾದ ಕಠಿಣ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮದಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಅದು ಮುಂದೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಒಡ್ಡಬಹುದು. ಉಸಿರಾಟದ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆತಂಕವನ್ನು ದೂರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಋತಸ್ರಾವದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.

ದೇಹದ ತೂಕ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಮೊದಲು ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದು ಋತುತಚಕ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ. ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೊಜ್ಜು ಅತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಈಸ್ಟ್ರೋಜನ್ ಹಾರ್ಮೋನ್ ಮಟ್ಟವು ಅತಿಯಾದರೆ, ಕೊಬ್ಬಿನ ಅಂಗಾಂಶಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ, ಅದು ಅಂಡೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದು. ಅಂಡಾಣು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಗದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಗರ್ಭಕೋಶದ ಪದರವು ದಪ್ಪವಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅತಿಯಾದ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವವು ಕಂಡುಬರಬಹುದು. ಅತಿಯಾದ ತೂಕವಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆಗ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿಯಮಿತ ಋತುಚಕ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ತೀವ್ರ ರಕ್ರಸ್ರಾವವು ಕಂಡುಬರುವುದು.

ಆಲ್ಕೋಹಾಲ್ :
ಆಲ್ಕೋಹಾಲ್ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ವಿಷವೇ. ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಅತಿಯಾದ ಆಲ್ಕೋಹಾಲ್ ಸೇವನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇದರಿಂದ ಈಸ್ಟ್ರೋಜನ್ ಮಟ್ಟವು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಡೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವುದು. ನೀವು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿದರೂ ಅದು ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದು.

ಇನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲವು ಮನೆಮದ್ದುಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿವೆ.

ನೀರು: ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕು. ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಾಮಾರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ. ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯಿರಿ. ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಎರಡು ಲೀಟರ್ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿದರೆ, ನೀವು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಚೈತನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
ಪಪ್ಪಾಯಿ: ಹಸಿರು, ಮಾಗದ ಪಪ್ಪಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಹರಿವನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇದು ಗರ್ಭಾಶಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಸಲ್ ಫೈಬರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಕುಚಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಲಿಯದ ಪಪ್ಪಾಯಿ ರಸವನ್ನು ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳವರೆಗೆ ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೇವಿಸಿ ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಡಿ.
ಶುಂಠಿ : ಶುಂಠಿಯು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ನೋವು ನಿವಾರಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಕುದಿಸಿದ ಜೀರಿಗೆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುವುದರಿಂದ ನೋವು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಮೆಂತೆ : ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ನೋವಿಗೆ ಮೆಂತೆ ರಾಮಬಾಣ. ಮುಟ್ಟು ಆಗುವ 2-3 ದಿನವೇ ಮೆಂತೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಜತೆ ತಿಂದರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮೆಂತೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಕುದಿಸಿ ಕುಡಿದರೆ ನೋವು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವುದು.
ಮೂಸಂಬಿ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ : ಫ್ರೆಶ್ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕೂಡ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತಮವೇ. ಮೂಸಂಬಿರಸಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಲಿಂಬೆಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸವನ್ನು ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿ, ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಲ್ಕರಿಂದ ಐದು ಬಾರಿ ಸೇವಿಸಿ. ಮೂಸಂಬಿ ರಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಗೆ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ ಸಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದ ಲಿಂಬೆಯ ರಸ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವವವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಿ ಆರಾಮದಾಯಕವಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೆ.
ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ : ಒಂದು ಗ್ಲಾಸ್ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ ಕುಡಿಯಿರಿ ,ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ಆನಂದ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಅವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಸಮಯದ ನೋವು ನೀವು ನಿವಾರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತದ ಹರಿವು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಆಗಲು ವೈದ್ಯರು ಒಂದು ಲೋಟ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ರಸವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡುವರು.
ಜೀರಿಗೆ : ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀರಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಮಾಡಿ ಕುಡಿದರೆ ನೋವು ಬೇಗನೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವುದು. ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಕುದಿಸಿದ ನೀರು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದರೆ, ಒಂದು ಕಪ್ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಜೀರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕುದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ಸೆಳೆತ, ಆಯಾಸ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನೀರನ್ನು ಐದು ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕುದಿಸಿ ತಣಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಸೇವಿಸಿ.
ಸಿಹಿಗುಂಬಳ ಅಥವಾ ಚೀನಿಕಾಯಿ : ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ದೊರಕುವ ಮನೆಮದ್ದುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೂ ಒಂದು. ಸಿಹಿಗುಂಬಳ ಅಥ್ವಾ ಹಳದಿ ಬಣ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಚೀನಿಕಾಯಿಯ ತಿರುಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ರೂಮ್ ಟೆಂಪರೇಚರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಒಣಗಲು ಬಿಡಿ. ನಂತ್ರ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಿಕ್ಸಿ ಮಾಡ್ಕೊಂಡು ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲು ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಸರು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸೇವಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಋತುಚಕ್ರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಯಾದ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.


ಹೀಗೆ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು :
೧.ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ದಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರವಿರುವಾಗ ಪಪ್ಪಾಯಿ ಹಣ್ಣು ಸೇವಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಬಹುದು.
